Prayer for Our Family
God, Our Father, Loving and merciful, we
belong to you, for we have received Your
blessings over the years and we entrust ourselves to Your loving care.
Look upon my family in Your loving kindness. Keep quarrels and bitterness
far from us. And for our occasional failures, instill in us forgives and peace.
Preserve us from danger, give us help in time of need, and grant us the
grace to persevere to the end in imitation f Your Holy Family, so that
having revered You and loved You faithfully on earth, we may praise
You eternally in heaven.
We ask this through Christ our Lord,

Lord and give of all life,
help us to value each person, created in love by you.
In your mercy, guide and assist our efforts
to promote the dignity and value
of all human life, born and unborn.

You Call us by name and lead us to life.
Through baptism you commission us to proclaim the good News.
Bless and strengthen all men and women,
lay and ordained,
who serve in the Church.
Guide and give wisdom
to those discerning their vocation.
Enrich our Church
with dedicated married and single people,
with deacons, priests and religious.
Filled with joy and your Holy Spirit
may we follow Jesus, our Good Shepherd, now and always. Amen
